Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- commitment to making a positive impact
- ability to stand or move steadily for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout shifts
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years to comply with state law
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- experience in bartending or related hospitality role preferred
- knowledge of beverage mixing techniques
- commitment to health and safety standards
- ability to stand or remain stationary for extended periods
- physical strength to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- create a great bar experience for customers
- maintain friendly and effective communication with staff and customers
- ensure compliance with health and safety protocols during shifts
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining and service areas
- handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- contribute to a fun and positive workplace atmosphere
