Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of liquor types drink recipes and bar operations
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must obtain liquor liability training within 30 days of hire

- Experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role
- Knowledge of various types of liquor and drink recipes
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems such as MICROS
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately
- Formal training or willingness to obtain training in liquor liability
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition
- Be completely familiar with different kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks as well as proper glassware and garnishes
- Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and ensure correct intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
