Job Requirements

Meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as required by company operating standards and state law
availability for evening and night shifts
weekend availability
capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
well-developed interpersonal skills
commitment to great guest service
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties

Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
ensure guest satisfaction with timely and friendly service
assist in maintaining overall bar cleanliness and inventory
collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience
