Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail
- ability to multitask
- willingness to comply with food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work well in a team
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- familiarity with POS systems preferred
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly when seated
- prepare bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- replenish limited supplies of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure customer is well-served, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- comply with all food safety regulations
