Job Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Two years related experience or training
Knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
Age 21 or older
Physical ability to perform bartending duties
Ability to maintain neat appearance and pleasant manner
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Job Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Ability to create appealing cocktails
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a country club environment, preferred
Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties

Be in uniform and maintain proper hygiene
Keep up to date on menu, club information, and daily specials
Know liquors including call brands, house brands, and premium brands
Create creative cocktails
Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
Supervise banquet bartenders
