Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in the training and development of new team members
  • cooperation, communication and teamwork are essential traits
  • responsible for properly handling cash and credit cards for all transactions
  • practice responsible selling and service of alcohol as mandated
  • accept and facilitate To-Go orders via phone or online and ensure timely execution
  • oversee the security of bar products and lock up as required
  • maintain a professional image and proper uniform standards
  • ensure frequent guest contact and high visibility in the dining room
  • inquire about the guest dining experience and involve management when necessary
  • thank each guest sincerely for their patronage
  • maintain high level of food and beverage knowledge
  • prepare beverages according to recipe using appropriate products and glassware
  • ensure stock levels meet specifications
  • use standard recipes and methods for consistency
  • stay informed and assist in promoting ongoing and upcoming promotions
  • adhere to cleanliness and food safety standards
  • control time and temperature for food safety
  • perform proper labeling, dating, rotation, and shelf-life adherence
  • follow cleaning schedules and maintain bar equipment properly
