Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service
- Knowledge of proper mixed drink preparation
- Compliance with food handling and alcohol serving regulations
- Ability to process cash and credit transactions
- Ability to use computer, calculator, phone and office equipment
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Professional attitude and behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for hours
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to tolerate temperature changes and frequent hand immersion in water and cleaning solutions
- Required specific vision abilities including close and peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications

- No prior work experience required
- Ability to provide friendly guest service
- Knowledge of how to prepare mixed drinks and other beverages
- Understanding of proper food handling and alcohol serving regulations
- Ability to process cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional attitude with effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Set up bar in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards
- Maintain clean bar including proper removal of trash and empty glasses
- Stock all liquors, beer, wines, mixes, garnishes, glassware and miscellaneous supplies
- Follow CHARM service model to deliver a great guest experience
- Consistently work to meet or exceed sales goals
- Learn beverage recipes and menu to explain offerings, make recommendations and suggestively sell
- Prepare and serve drinks following policies, proper food handling, alcohol awareness, and regulations
- Notify management of potential excessive alcohol consumption or impaired conditions
- Process guest checks and payments with compliance
- Report all tips according to company policy and IRS regulations
- Maintain professional and positive communication with guests and team
- Serve alcoholic beverages following responsible serving policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
