Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year bartending or hospitality experience
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages as per state laws
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending or relevant experience preferred
Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage mixing techniques
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to operate bar equipment and handle cash transactions
Familiarity with state and local liquor laws
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Job Duties

Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for our Guests
Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
Adhere to and comply with all state/local liquor laws
Stay Guest focused and nurture an excellent Guest experience
Be a true team player and support other Front-of-House positions as needed
Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
