Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a bartender preferred
knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
excellent customer service skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
basic math proficiency for handling transactions

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar, including pour stations and glassware before opening, and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
