Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum legal age and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and capacity to multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred
- ability to follow recipes and prepare drinks consistently
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- basic math and cash handling skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile and welcome them as they are seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well served, offer refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
