Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to lift trays, dish racks, glass racks weighing 20-40 lbs
  • Ability to push carts, Queen Marys, hotbox, portable bar weighing 50-100 lbs
  • Ability to bend/kneel to lower level cabinets and lift trays
  • Ability to maneuver in narrow areas and between seated guests
  • Ability to stand continuously for 100% of scheduled shifts
  • Ability to climb approximately 12 steps about 20% of an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to read records and special requests
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with customer problems, including stressful situations
  • Ability to accurately count cash
  • Ability to operate a cash register

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • At least 6 months bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
