Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages mixes and garnishes as needed
Suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe glassware and garnish
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
Ensure the guest is well attended offer refills remove any unused items
Deliver and settle checks in a timely manner thank guests and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
