Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages mixes and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe glassware and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure the guest is well attended offer refills remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle checks in a timely manner thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
