Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages mixes and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe glassware and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure the guest is well attended offer refills remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle checks in a timely manner thank guests and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
