Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend reach squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or customer service experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Team-oriented with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
- Make all drinks to standard using recipes glassware and garnishes
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure guests are attended to offering drink refills and removing unused items
- Deliver and settle checks promptly thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
