Job Requirements

Minimum age as required by law to serve alcohol
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic math skills for handling payments
Must have legal authorization to work

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mix cocktails and understand drink recipes
Positive attitude and ability to have fun while working
Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide excellent customer service
Prepare and serve fresh-squeezed Margaritas and a variety of creative cocktails
Maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area
Ensure customers have an enjoyable and fun dining experience
Keep inventory and stock the bar as needed
Engage with guests to encourage repeat visits
Follow all safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
