Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of bar experience
- Knowledge of spirits and wine
- Ability to create craft artisan cocktails
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Ability to operate point of sale system
- Physical ability to handle manual dexterity tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- Maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit, veggies, juices, and perishables to ensure quality
- Greet guests courteously and promote menu items while mixing and garnishing drinks
- Comply with all applicable laws and corporate rules regarding alcohol service
- Operate point of sale system, manage cash transactions, and maintain beverage accountability
- Lock and store beverage, food, equipment items securely, deposit cash drops, and secure bank
- Comply with attendance rules and work on a regular basis
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
