Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- valid food handler certification required
- applicable state certification for alcohol service required
- minimum of 1 year of experience working at a full-service bar
- ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus, and classic cocktail preparation
- must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently bend, kneel, reach or twist
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- reliable transportation required
- adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment
- greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- verify that guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age
- maintain full knowledge of bar and menu items, and provide recommendations
- accurately take food and beverage orders from guests at the bar in a timely manner
- deliver food and beverage orders within designated time frames
- consistently utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales
- set up the bar and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- assist in ordering liquor and bar-related supplies as needed
