Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a bartender or in customer service is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and standard procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and multitasking skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and correctly enter them into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
- Deliver and settle customer checks promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
