Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- must be able to safely use a ladder
- must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- willingness to comply with state liquor laws and sanitation requirements
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment required
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- experience using POS systems
- excellent communication and guest service skills
- strong teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar
- share knowledge of the food menu and spirits/beer/wine
- assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests
- serve guests with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience
- ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food & beverage areas and gaming areas
- prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies
- assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying the manager of any shortages or discrepancies
- comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances and with all state liquor laws and regulations
- handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing cash drawers
- responsible for proper outdoor furniture and yard games storage
- collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
- work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- other duties as assigned
