Job Qualifications
- experience in bartending or related role

- familiarity with state and federal liquor laws

Job Duties
- mix garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests
- pour draft beer
- open bottles of wine
- make cocktails to specifications
- monitor and ensure no guest receives more than allowed number of specific drinks
- wash and sterilize stemware
- understand and follow proper state and federal liquor laws including validating ID process and alcohol awareness procedures
