Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks according to company standards
- guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- take accurate orders and serve guests with friendly and attentive service
- ensure the bar is stocked and clean
- maintain the highest safety and sanitation practices including team member wellness
- serve guests responsibly
- build the guest's intent to return by providing exceptional service
