Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Team player with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of drink mixing and cocktail recipes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • Prepare all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items
  • Deliver and settle checks promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety guidelines
