Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- capable of working in hot and cold environments including freezers and around cooking equipment
- able to work effectively in noisy, fast paced environments with distracting conditions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about the facility and stand for long periods
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe
- compliance with company dress code and appearance standards
- eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to participate in E-Verify where required

- friendly and approachable demeanor with ability to smile frequently
- prior restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- capability to read and communicate in English

- maintain professional appearance and dress code adherence
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests appropriately
- assess guest demeanor and notify management when necessary
- follow bar recipes to ensure product consistency and maximize satisfaction
- keep station clean and set up/take down tables
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly, timely manner
- accurately take and enter food and drink orders using Micros
- complete sales on personal Micros keys and perform station side work at shift start/end
- operate Micros, process financial transactions, and account for monies
- ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to designated areas
- work efficiently adhering to the "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and daily requisitions
- perform opening/closing duties timely
- assist in party set-up and breakdown
- help other team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- maintain ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back, maintaining drink levels, and responding timely to needs
- foster cooperative and harmonious working relationships
- listen and communicate effectively with guests and team via Micros
- maintain friendly demeanor and frequent smiling
- uphold dress code and professional appearance
- work in fast-paced, noisy environment
- be at least 18 years old
