Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile as they are seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, using appropriate glassware and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them properly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear away unused items
- promptly deliver and settle guest checks, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety standards
