Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
  • teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile as they are seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, using appropriate glassware and garnishes
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them properly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear away unused items
  • promptly deliver and settle guest checks, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety standards
