Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
Prefer a minimum of one year of previous restaurant server experience
Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor guest behavior and check identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age
Manage cash and process payments accurately
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
