Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
ability to work in hot and cold environments
ability to work in noisy, fast-paced settings
ability to read and write handwritten notes
ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
ability to stand and move for long periods
ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
adherence to dress code and professional appearance
ability to follow alcohol service procedures
comply with all safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
ability to communicate effectively with guests
proficient in English reading and communication
ability to operate point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
maintain accurate financial transactions including cash and credit card handling
follow alcohol awareness procedures
assess guest behavior and report when necessary
follow bar recipes for consistency and cost control
keep station clean and set up/break down tables
greet guests promptly
accurately take and enter orders
maintain thorough menu knowledge
complete station side work and inventory tasks
assist in party setup and breakdown
bus and reset tables
ensure guest satisfaction by timely service and pre-bussing
foster cooperative relationships with team members
listen and communicate effectively with guests and team
maintain friendly demeanor and proper dress code
work in noisy, fast-paced environment
