Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a bartending or customer service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Capable of handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in beverage service
Job Duties
- Mixing and serving drinks to guests
- Providing excellent customer service and engaging with guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Stocking and replenishing bar inventory
- Complying with all health and safety regulations
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown as needed
