Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a bartender preferred
strong customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication skills
team player with attention to detail
knowledge of bar preparation and safe food handling

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
