Job Requirements
- minimum age requirement as per legal alcohol service laws
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to undergo background checks if required
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ability to lift moderate weights
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- strong knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques
- excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- ability to work flexible schedules
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Duties
- craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
- ensure guest and team member touchpoints are sanitized regularly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar
- handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
- comply with all health and safety regulations
