Job Requirements

Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
Be able to lift/move up to 50lbs
Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
Must be 21+ years of age
Must have at least 1 year experience as a bartender and server
Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
Must be TIPS or BASSET certified based on village or city requirements

Job Duties

Start with side work to prepare for the shift
Serve customers including taking orders and processing checks
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly following standard recipes
Request identification to confirm legal drinking age
Take on new duties and responsibilities as needed
Work flexible hours that accommodate personal life and offer growth opportunities
Collaborate reliably within the team and contribute to a supportive work environment
