Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • capability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
  • capacity to work cooperatively as part of a team with attention to detail
  • ability to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience is beneficial
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
  • team player with attention to detail
  • multitasking abilities under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening
  • restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to customers
  • prepare all drinks following standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended by offering refills and clearing unused items
  • deliver and settle bills promptly while thanking guests and inviting them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
