Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
strong customer service skills
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of POS systems
excellent communication skills
attention to detail

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly when seated
prep the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
accurately enter food and beverage orders into POS system
ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them back
follow all food safety regulations
