Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of POS systems
- excellent communication skills
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly when seated
- prep the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately enter food and beverage orders into POS system
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers and invite them back
- follow all food safety regulations
