Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or relevant customer service experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Team player with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest the sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard, using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended, offer refills and remove unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety rules
