Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or relevant customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Team player with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest the sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard, using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer refills and remove unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
