Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or related customer service role
- Knowledge of various liquor types, drink recipes and bar equipment
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capable of working flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

- Enjoy working as part of a team providing great experiences for guests
- Formal training on liquor liability within 30 days of employment
- Familiarity with MICROS system or similar point of sale systems
- Previous bartending experience preferred
Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor, recipes, prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe and garnishes needed
- Know drink recipes, prices and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting, MICROS system or registers, bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
