Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in bartending or similar role preferred
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and guest touch points
Engage with guests to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and drink recipes
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor laws
Assist in inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
