Job Requirements

Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by law
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
Reliable transportation to the job location
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Good physical stamina and customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of craft beers and cocktails is a plus

Willingness to work flexible shifts

Job Duties

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
Prepare and serve craft beer and cocktails
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle cash and process customer payments
Support team members in a collaborative environment
Participate in daily beverage sampling and training sessions
Uphold health and safety standards
