Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work in conjunction with other employees to ensure quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
  • Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
  • Well focused and organized
  • Strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area following safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Monitor guest needs and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance overall dining experience
  • Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure seamless service and order accuracy
  • Adhere to responsible beverage service regulations and ensure guests comply with legal drinking age and safety requirements
  • Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately
