Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar bartender role
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of beverage operations and mixology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality service
  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes
  • Create innovative cocktails using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide exceptional customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to enhance overall guest experience
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
