- Post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations and mixology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes
- Create innovative cocktails using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to enhance overall guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
