Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Obtained TIP certification within 3 months of employment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Job Duties
- Sets up a bar with supplies such as fruit, garnishes, cocktail napkins, and glassware prior to opening
- Ensures correct display of products to enhance sales and showcase selection
- Receives and prepares drink orders from guests and servers using standard pours and recipes ensuring accuracy
- Rings drink orders into register, collects money and makes correct change
- Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating, listens actively, and enhances guest relations
- Closes down bar securing inventory, cleaning and sanitizing bar area and putting supplies away
- Assists servers with serving food and beverages when necessary
- Greets guests warmly and makes them feel welcomed
- Informs guests of daily specials and chef's specialties
- Takes guest orders accurately and timely and places orders with kitchen
- Performs quality check to ensure guest satisfaction
- Removes soiled plates and glassware according to standards
- Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and after dinner drinks
- Verifies accuracy for prices, tips and other charges on checks
- Handles cash and credit card charges according to procedures
- Clears and resets tables after guests leave
- Keeps dining and bus station areas clean
- Reports any complaints promptly to supervisor
- Performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned
- Attends pre-shift line up as requested
- Reviews and turns in Z report with cash drop and credit card slips
- Performs any job or guest related tasks assigned by supervisor
- Maintains neat and clean uniform with good personal hygiene
- Treats all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strives to exceed expectations
