- previous experience in bartending
- ability to verify age and ensure legal alcohol service
- excellent communication skills

- availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Set up bar with supplies and product prior to opening
- ensure correct product display to enhance sales
- receive and prepare drink orders using standard recipes
- ring drink orders into register and handle payments
- provide attentive guest service and enhance guest relations
- close down bar securing inventory and cleaning work areas
- assist servers with food and beverage service when necessary
