Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some food/bar service experience preferred
- Must understand and speak the English language
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity to operate equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Physical capacity to push and pull carts weighing up to 250 pounds occasionally
- Ability to follow safety rules
- Willingness to wear protective equipment if required

Job Duties
- Ensures adequate supply of stock and glasses for the bar
- Assists with beverage deliveries and maintains cleanliness of the bar area
- Provides a high level of customer service and promotes a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience
- Removes trash and cleans bars
- Mops and sweeps storeroom and walk-in coolers
- Removes empty CO2 tanks, beer kegs, and soda boxes to proper locations
- Performs deep cleaning of bars on the barge and land
- Maintains clean, working bars in accordance with Illinois Liquor Commission and Health Department standards
- Stocks bars, responds to bartender requests for stock, and monitors stock levels
- Retrieves bar supplies from storage and rotates stock as required
- Washes glasses and ensures ice bin is filled
- Assists bartenders
- Provides friendly, quick, professional service to guests and co-workers
- Changes CO2 tanks, beer kegs, and soda boxes
- Assists with stock delivery
- Cleans and maintains break rooms
- Maintains and cleans break room soda machine
- Assists cocktail servers on glass removal
- Notifies managers of equipment problems
- Follows safety rules
- Performs other duties as assigned
