Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years

- Ability to work in an upscale and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Availability to attend training sessions and meetings
Job Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails beer types and an understanding of Italian food and wines
- Ability to increase sales and make recommendations to guests
- Certified by TIPS or working towards certification
- One to three years of related bartending experience
Job Duties
- Present to work at scheduled time well-groomed and in clean uniform
- Prepare the bar for service before guest arrival including stocking service stations and inspecting bar areas
- Serve food and beverages according to Cork standards
- Frequently monitor guest satisfaction anticipate needs and properly pace courses
- Replenish bar areas as needed
- Accurately handle guest checks closeout and payment processing
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings tastings and training sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
