Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks to perfection
- Deliver attentive, engaging service to high-profile guests
- Maintain a spotless, fully stocked bar in line with luxury standards
- Work seamlessly with chefs, waitstaff, and event teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow alcohol laws and responsible service policies
- Assist with setup, stock control, and post-event breakdown
