- knowledge of state, federal, and company liquor regulations
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- ensures compliance with state, federal, and company liquor regulations when serving underage individuals and guests who exhibit signs of intoxication
- arranges specific bar stations
- sources and replenishes all beer assortments, wine choices, liquor collections, disposable materials, mixing utensils, garnish options, glassware items, ice contents, and fresh supplies
- manages inventory, prepares, cures, and preserves all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to retain product quality
- extends a friendly greeting to all guests
- records and executes beverage orders, skillfully preparing and serving drinks with precise ingredient recipes and portion sizes
- screens patrons' identification at the bar to determine their eligibility to consume alcohol
- acts upon signs of guest inebriation in line with training
- demonstrates familiarity with liquor legislation
- manages cash received from customers, dispenses change accurately, authenticates the validity of expenses, records charges, and ensures the proper execution of vouchers
- locks up and stores all beverage products, food items, equipment, deposits, and cash drops for safekeeping and bank protection
- accomplishes routine cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- fosters a clean and systematic work environment
- ensures that bottles and glasses are arranged attractively in the bar space to enhance the ambiance
- utilizes cleaning and sterilizing methods to maintain stemware hygiene
- undertakes any other duties as specified
