Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to work a minimum of three days per week including some weekends
- Reliable transportation to Montecito location
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Willingness to participate in in-depth five-day training
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Friendly and energetic demeanor with a professional attitude
- Willingness to learn through provided training
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with friendliness and professionalism
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to high standards
- Handle to-go orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market and service areas
- Provide product knowledge and assistance regarding baked goods, pizza, and home goods
- Process payments and handle cash and tips responsibly
