Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Availability to work 2-3 days per week starting
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable with basic technology such as POS systems
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Positive attitude and reliability
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties

  • Make and serve great coffee, tea, and cold drinks
  • Work the coffee bar with minimal supervision
  • Ensure the bar is organized, prepped, and ready for service
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful way
  • Use a digital point-of-sale system to manage orders and payments
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with the inventory manager to restock as needed
