Job Requirements

  • Must have barista experience
  • Ability to work 4 to 6 hour shifts
  • Availability for 4 to 6 day weekly schedule
  • Must complete up to 6 days of training
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • No time off requests in first 90 days
  • Comfortable using POS system

Job Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to use POS systems
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Prepare a wide variety of coffee drinks accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive guest experience
  • Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Participate in training sessions to learn company standards and procedures
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
