Job Requirements
- food and beverage experience
- preferably barista experience
- ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive, vibrant attitude with a smile
- ability to work independently and self-motivated, yet also team oriented
- a positive attitude with excellent communications skills
- punctual
- ability to prioritize and manage time
- ability to read and interpret documents such as department manual
- ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- required frequently: walking, standing, bending, reaching, scooping
- required occasionally: kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 35 lbs

Job Duties
- prepare coffee and tea beverages to the highest standard
- maintain daily operations including cleaning, stocking, and organizing

- contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
- manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
