Job Duties

  • Prepare and deliver coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Attend all restaurant required meetings and trainings
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Groot hospitality standards
  • Complete assigned side-work in allocated timeframe
  • Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions and troubleshooting breakdowns
  • Check in with guests and take additional orders or refill water as needed
