Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong interpersonal skills
basic math skills for handling transactions
physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and espresso techniques
excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers
attention to detail in creating visually appealing drinks
proficiency in cash handling and using POS systems
ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple orders
maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Preparing and serving hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
operating espresso machines and other brewing equipment to create quality beverages
ensuring consistent drink quality and presentation
providing prompt, friendly customer service and educating customers on the menu and various coffee beans
efficiently managing multiple orders to ensure timely delivery
maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace
collaborating effectively with coworkers in a fast-paced environment
