Job Duties
- Providing personalized service to all guests
- wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning
- removing trash
- greeting and welcoming customers
- resolving different types of complaints from customers or addressing them to the restaurant manager
- tabulating data regarding bills, total amounts, expenses in cash registers or recording them in computers
- informing customers about modes of payment available, including cash, check, credit card, and debit card
- stocking shelves and keeping a note of stock that is about to finish
- handling money, currencies, and coins accurately
- performing repetitive work without errors
- maintaining records regarding transactions on computers
- demonstrating basic computer awareness
- dealing with customers politely
- dressing neatly
- communicating in more than one language is preferred
- exhibiting integrity, honesty, and accountability in all dealings
- being ready to work varied hours and weekends
